Alexa Jurado, Editor
Alexa Jurado is currently a senior at Cary-Grove, and has been in newspaper since her freshman year. As a member she has written various articles, including News, Features, Sports, A&E, and Opinion articles. Alexa is extremely excited about her new position as Editor. Thanks to the Trojan Times, Alexa has discovered her desire for a career path in journalism, broadcast, and potentially other media, and will go on to major in Communications in college. She values what journalism represents and wishes to make a change in corrupt news sources that seek profit rather than truth. After college, Alexa plans on going into the Peace Corps, but will take everything as it comes to her. She’d like to think her future is bright, and wants to make a difference in the world around her, however small it may be.
