Jack Warnecke, Social Media Director
Jack Warnecke is currently a senior and joined The Trojan Times during his junior year. While Jack enjoys writing news and feature articles, his main focus is social media. He is the head of social media for The Trojan TimesĀ and hopes to continue his studies of media and journalism in college with a double minor in digital design and Spanish. The most important lesson Jack has learned since growing an interest in journalism is that everyone has a story, and those stories deserve to be heard. He is also a member of the Cary-Grove Swing Choir and a board member of Student Council. Outside of school and the Trojan Times, Jack can be found hammocking, binge-watching Netflix series, attending music festivals, or playing with his golden retriever. He is a strong believer in acceptance and equality, and his favorite quote is by Maya Angelou: “Hate. It has caused a lot of problems in this world, but has not solved one yet.”
